Hot Smoked – BBQ Salmon

Try out this BBQ Hot smoked Salmon by Gerry Hasset @ Keem bay. Chunky fillets of Salmon are smoked in a traditional manner but the temperature of the kiln is raised toward the end of the process to cook the product through.

Ready to eat, this product is also perfect to make a smoked  Salmon terrine or crumbled into a quiche.
