Help us to provide you with the Best Fish and Most Honest, Accurate, Reliable Service. These are our ” Pre-Nups “…. Please read below to learn about the method and organisation that enable us to sell all our delicious seafood in this Online Market, and enjoy our “Happily ever after” service.

HOW IT ALL WORKS!

  • Wild fish are caught in many sizes. The shape of our portions can change according to landings. We source the best available size.
  • Received weight might vary within 10% of the listed weight.
  • The info about portions size, quantity and weight for each pack is always clearly displayed next to €/kg price.
  • Information regarding the catch area, the method of capture, and fish sustainability is available along with each product.
  • Preparation is free, but  will affect your received weight. You receive the fish you paid for, minus the bits you asked us to remove ( Trimming, Heading, Filleting, etc...)
  • Prices, Sizes, Weight & Packing quantity can be modified at any times.
  • For quality purpose, we reserve the right to to remove any products from the listing or existing orders at any time.
  • If a product you ordered is not available, we will contact you to offer you an alternative or the option to cancel the order.
  • You are free to amend, please email us asap. Once your order is packed, we cannot make any changes to it.
  • CANCELLATION: No problem. But email us ASAP, once your order has left, it is too late!
  • Check your order when you get it. Complaints are not accepted 24 hours after you accepted/collected your order.
  • Fish is a fresh product, we operate a strict no return policy.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined and cannot be used to purchase Vouchers & Special offers.
  • Eat More Fish gift vouchers have no expiry date, and apply to any products.
  • If you are opting for Home delivery please give us precise delivery instructions. No refund if no one was home and the box left undelivered. If you have a secure place for the box to be left we can contact our courier to check if this is suitable.
  • It is your responsibility to check carefully and remember our order cut off time and opening hours of your selected delivery method.
  • Some of our product listed as available may have to be preordered in advance (check specific timelines).
  • Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods at the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.
And finally… If for any reasons you feel disappointed with your order. Please email US! We want to hear how we got it wrong, and improve our service.

We are Fishmongers. 100 % of our Wild fish is sourced straight off the boats. When fish lands, all hands on deck join in to sort, fillet, and pack all orders on time for our courier to pick up.
 
We are usually too busy to answer the phone, and fault of outsourcing this service in India :) ... We made the choice to simply cut off our neglected phone lines.
