Twenty years of sourcing fresh fish have taught us the best fishing methods, boats, and seasons. We know exactly when to buy—and when not to.

Most of our fish is sourced on the bone. As skilled fishmongers, we fillet each species ourselves to ensure optimal freshness and handling.

Wild fish sizes vary, but we expertly portion them to match our descriptions. If we can’t, you’ll get a proportional refund. Note: preparation options for whole fish will reduce the final weight.

HOW DO WE SEND IT?

They don’t always get it perfect.. but overall our partnership with DPD has become a key strength of our online service. Their dedication to timely deliveries and understanding of the perishable nature of our products have led to an impressive 99.5 % delivery rate. Additionally, DPD shares our commitment to sustainability, investing in a fleet of emission-free electric vehicles for urban deliveries

How Is Your Order Packed? Your order will be carefully packed in an insulated box with coolants to ensure the product stays fresh, regardless of the weather. Our boxes, including the tape, are fully recyclable.
As for the ice packs, they contain a gel that’s 99.9% water and 0.1% sodium polyacrylate, an organic, food-grade compound commonly used in agriculture to improve soil moisture. To recycle, you can add the gel to your compost or mix it with soil for plants. The plastic envelope should be disposed of in your grey bin.

We are Fishmongers. 100 % of our Wild fish is sourced straight off the boats. When fish lands, all hands on deck join in to sort, fillet, and pack all orders on time for our courier to pick up.

We are usually too busy to answer the phone, and fault of outsourcing this service in India :) ... We made the choice to simply cut off our neglected phone lines.
