Sea Urchin Roe Preparation

INGREDIENTS: Sea urchin roe (Paracentrotus lividus) and salt.

Preserved Sea Urchin Roe preparation from Spain. This  Sea Urchin Caviar is rich in Umami and excellent to make super flavours pasta sauces or to add to Ceviche dishes.

The sea urchins are hand picked off cliffs, rocks and seabeds of the Cantabrian coast. The roe is extracted manually with great care and packed as found in the shell.
