Authentic natural sea urchin roe from the Galician coas. Paracentrotus lividus is a shellfish with a smooth consistency, orange color, flavor intense and rich in protein. Ready to use. Does not require previous preparation to be consumed. It may be eaten as an aperitif on toast. Due to its intense sea-like taste it can be used in the making of creams, soups, fumets and fish/seafood sauces.
