Hake Roe in Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS: Hake roe (Merluccius merluccius, 68%), olive oil, chilli (0.1%) and salt.

HAKE ROES It is a very healthy and tasty product, perfect to eat as an appetiser or dressed as in the style of the south of Spain. We obtain the roes from wild hakes from the Atlantic or Cantabrian Sea, from local and close suppliers, and we serve them in olive oil with a chilli pepper.
