Noticing anything different about this Octopus except it’s unusual round flower shape? ….  This is what the trade names a flower Octopus. What’s so special about it ? Flower octopus is a premium grade product, made by tenderizing the Octopus using a tumbler, Sea salt and Cold water.

It is a natural process without additives or chemicals. This process breakdown the leg’s muscles making them tender and delicious and causing it to curl up like a flower in the process.

It’s ok we ll keep this between ourselves. You don’t have to share this little secret and instead take all the credit for the most tender octopus you ll ever cook…
