    READ NOTE: Those shrimps are packed live from our tank. They are very delicate. We are very careful packing those to ensure they will arrive to you in best conditions but we cannot guaranty that they will all arrive alive. This does not affect the quality of the product but they need to be consumed on day of arrival or the following day. (We always recommend preparing them by snapping off and removing the front spike/ rostre before cooking them. This part is the hardest and will not crisp up like the rest of the shrimp.
