A British seaside classic. These whelks are sourced from Norfolk, and paired with our chilli & garlic extra virgin olive oil.

Seasisters is one of the few new Micro, artisanal canneries which have sprouted around  the UK. Based in West Dorset and managed by couple Charlotte and Angus who began canning during Covid. They specialise in locally caught British caught fish,taking advantage of the seasonal abundance of some species, preserving them for the rest of the year to be enjoyed at anytime.. Hake, Cuttlefish, Sardines, Whelks, Mussels, They make high quality, handmade Conservas that take a lot of time and skill. As a small business they work just as hard at delivering a delicious product, as being responsible and ethical, sourcing from fisheries that use low impact fishing methods, harvesting mature fish from abundant stocks…
