Smoked Kippers in Sunflower oil & vegetables – PENMARCH
Smoked kippers smoked with beech wood. Cooked with carrots, Onions fondant and covered with sunflower oil to give them all the lightness.
Fished in the North-East Atlantic, from the end of summer until the beginning of autumn, the herring fillets are then rigorously selected, canned by hand and prepared thanks to real smoking with beech wood. As a fatty fish, herring is very rich in omega 3. Smoked herring fillets go very well with potatoes.
