Small Hake

Plentiful on the West Coast, Silver hake is the “Chicken of the sea”…. Fillets are nice but the fish takes on a different dimension when roasted on the bone, just as Chicken do too…

NOTE: as a number of wild caught fish, some whole hake  can contains small Anisakis parasites in their belly cavitiy . We screen for those as well as we can…  Whole Hake is not for every table.
