MARISCADORA is a brand of the Galician canning company Costas y Miñán, SL, founded in 1966 and with a factory in Cambados, on the banks of the Arousa Estuary. With 50 years of history, it still maintains a traditional production process with recipes passed down from generation to generation. This is a very delicate product, made with an exhaustive quality control. In the process, the baby squids are cleaned and boiled to after select the best pieces. After that, we put them in crystal jars by hand.
Calamares Rellenos ( Stuffed baby squid) you will find the wee tentacles stuffed inside the squid. Enjoy those “temptaculising” Chipirones as a snack or a tapas or alternatively quickly reheated in a pan with some garlic slices and a sprinkle of chili and served over pasta.
