Zamburinas (Baby Scallops) in Galician Sauce is a classic and typical tin from Galicia. Zamburinas are a variety of scallops ( nor King, nor Queens) but a variety known as Clusheens by Irish wild shellfish shore pickers. Wild Zamburina spats are naturally capted on Mussels style ropes and grown in the Rias doting Galicia. Production is limited . Enjoy our Zamburinas as a snack, or as a Tapas.
