Sea bass in Olive Oil – Alalunga
Sea bass in Olive oil with its own juice.
Crafted in Santander, Alalunga is run by two brothers, Alvaro and Pablo who founded the cannery in 2017. They craft every tin by hand in their small artisanal cannery ( Kitchen). Production is intentionally limited to protect quality, with each fish prepared individually according to its seasonality and character. Using premium ingredients and low-temperature cooking, they preserve the pure flavour, texture, and essence of the sea in every can.
