Very popular in Asian countries, Salmon heads are delicious grilled or on the BBQ, and also used to make rich & flavorful stocks & soups broth, to grill or BBQ. We only charge a token fee to cover for our extra packing cost, we are simply delighted to see some of our customers making great use of those.
