Garfish, Needle fish, also known as Garpike is a long and thin predatory fish common in the North East Atlantic and Irish Water. The species is not commercially harvested in Ireland but available for a short few weeks in the year as a Danish imports. Garfish is a very delicate and very tasty white fish.
