Not too sure about preparing fresh Monk fish liver but love the idea … Let us take care of it for you.  Our fishy foie gras is slowly confit for over 3 hours with aromatics and a little dash of Port Wine… Ready to eat. Simply spread it over nice crunchy baguette slice and add an optional squeeze of lemon.
