Extra Small Sardines… (20-25 pieces) Such tiny Sardines would likely be sent away for fish meal processing in Ireland, but this could not happen in Galicia… where the smallest size sardines are revered. Guess appreciation is shown for the amount of work involved in individually preparing and canning such small fish.
