Rollmops with Vinegar (sour)

Here are two good reasons to eat fish that has been marinated in Vinegar: 1/ Its acidity dissolves all the small bones, 2/ It tastes so good (in an addictive sort of way). Our Belgian processed Rollmops are not as sweet as the Nordic versions.
