The real Donegal catch… Our Wolf fish are Irish caught, landed by  the Northern fleet of Greencastle, Co Donegal fishing around Rockall.  A meaty skinless fillet, with a very firm texture. Wold fish is also known as Catfish or even Rock Turbot in Scotland.
