Teriyaki Marinade – OBENTO

Use this Umami-rich marinade for Salmon Teriyaki or other fish dishes (Tuna, Trout, Mackerel… you name it!)  or simply add to stir fries for a little bit of extra flavour.

A mix of Soy Sauce, Sugar and Mirin (alcohol will evaporate during cooking), traditionally used in Japanese cuisine.
