MARISCADORA Selecta is teh Gourmet brand of the Galician canning company Costas y Miñán, SL, founded in 1966 and with a factory in Cambados, on the banks of the Arousa Estuary. With 50 years of history, it continues to maintain artisanal production with recipes passed down from generation to generation. Its raw materials come from the shellfish harvesting guilds in the area, and from the Galician ports where both inshore fish and fish from the Atlantic campaigns arrive.
