Paella Rice
Arroz Cebolla is a Spanish rice variety farmed in the Sollana area, in Albufera Natural Park, Valencia. A short-grain rice variety developed to enhance the characteristics of the grains that will produce the perfect paella. Cebolla rice is known for its ability to absorb and retain the flavors from the liquid in which it’s been cooked in, while keeping the grains firm and separate after cooking.
