Sugar Kelp is a fantastic natural source of Magnesium, Calcium, Iodine and both Omega-3 and Omega-6. Sugar Kelp gives a nutty and slightly sweet taste due to naturally occurring sugars (mannitol) whilst our Winged Kelp has a distinctive umami taste.
