Native to the deep waters of the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, These are notable for their exceptional and unique flavour, their vibrant red colour and their unusually large size.  Those deep sea prawn are caught using small fishing boats and nets.  This makes the process of fishing for them difficult and dangerous, meaning their supply is limited and always in high demand
