NOTE: as a number of other inshore caught fish, Gurnard is a fish with a stronger incidence of Nematods parasites… We screen for those as well as we can.. IT IS LIKELY  that some may remain. It is imperative to either Cook or Freeze (if consuming raw ) Gurnard is delicious but not for every table.
