N2 Large Special Oysters.  Farmed in the pristine, Class A waters of Carlingford Lough, Cooley Oysters are renowned for their plump, juicy flesh and beautifully balanced flavour. Fresh, clean and delicately briny with a subtle sweet finish, they’re a favourite among oyster lovers.

Family farmed since 1984  these premium Irish oysters are fully traceable from shore to plate. Perfect served simply with lemon, shallot vinegar or a glass of chilled stout or Champagne.
