1 – Mix Panko Breadcrumbs with Chopped Fresh Parsley, (Wild) Garlic Melted Butter, Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper.
2- Place one or two scallops in each shell and top with the breadcrumb mix.
3- Place in a 200 c oven for 15-20 minutes (and under the grill for 2-3 if needed to brown)
