Fish Wrap, Taco, Burgers, Pita…YOU NAME IT , YOU FILL IT…  A fun and simple way for everyone to tuck in & enjoy delicious fresh Boneless / Skinless homemade fish fingers …. We always use Japanese style Panko for its crunchiness but regular breadcrumbs or even Crushed Rice Crispy would do…



  1. 500 g skinless fish fingers (serve 3-4)
  2. Egg wash ( 2 egg , milk, seasoning )
  3. Flour
  4. Panko breacrumb
  5. Smoked Paprika ( Regular or spicy )
  6. Shredded White and red cabbage (3 big handful each)
  7. 1 Carrots
  8. 1/2 Red Onion
  9. Sweet Tomatoes
  10. Avocado
  11. Coriander leaves for the slaw and as a final dressing
  12. 3 Limes
  13. salad
  14. Sour cream ( 1/2 tub )
  15. Mayonnaise (3 spoonfull)
  16. Cajun spice ( good sprinkle to taste
  17. Taco, Wraps, Pitta bread, Burger buns


  1. 1 Make the slaw: Mix together your Shredded Cabbage Red and White, Grated carrots, Thinly sliced Onion, chopped tomatoes, coriander Dice the Avocado, mix it on its own with the lime juice ( it will stop the avocado going black) before adding to the rest of slaw and blending together. Adjust the lime, season to taste.
  2. 2 Make the dressing: Mixing together Sour cream, Mayonnaise, and Cajun spice ( to taste) .
  3. 3 Fish fingers: 3 separate dishes: Flour, Egg wash, Panko-Crumbs or regular bread crumb. Left hand for the wet egg dip, Right hand for flour & crumbs... Dip and prepare all your coated fish fingers. Cooking method of your choice: Deep fry, Shallow fry or bake on a tray in a hot oven ( 5 minutes is enough )
  4. 4 Pre -assemble your "Taco" before serving or Bring all the bits to the table for some DIY fun
