Shredded White and red cabbage (3 big handful each)
1 Carrots
1/2 Red Onion
Sweet Tomatoes
Avocado
Coriander leaves for the slaw and as a final dressing
3 Limes
salad
Sour cream ( 1/2 tub )
Mayonnaise (3 spoonfull)
Cajun spice ( good sprinkle to taste
Taco, Wraps, Pitta bread, Burger buns
Method

Make the slaw: Mix together your Shredded Cabbage Red and White, Grated carrots, Thinly sliced Onion, chopped tomatoes, coriander
Dice the Avocado, mix it on its own with the lime juice ( it will stop the avocado going black) before adding to the rest of slaw and blending together. Adjust the lime, season to taste.

Make the dressing: Mixing together Sour cream, Mayonnaise, and Cajun spice ( to taste) .

Fish fingers: 3 separate dishes: Flour, Egg wash, Panko-Crumbs or regular bread crumb. Left hand for the wet egg dip, Right hand for flour & crumbs... Dip and prepare all your coated fish fingers. Cooking method of your choice: Deep fry, Shallow fry or bake on a tray in a hot oven ( 5 minutes is enough )

Pre -assemble your "Taco" before serving or Bring all the bits to the table for some DIY fun
We are Fishmongers. 100 % of our Wild fish is sourced straight off the boats. When fish lands, all hands on deck join in to sort, fillet, and pack all orders on time for our courier to pick up.
