Method

In a frying pan. poor a generous slug of Olive oil, brown the onions, add the N'duja and Cherry Tomatoes. Coopk until they soften. Remove and reserve.

Fry the squid strips on their own for a couple minutes. mix together, Squeeze 1/2 lemon over it

Serve hot, with crispy sourdough bread as a starter or on top of a bowl of pasta as a main course.
