Spicy Squid (VERY)  simple and tasty


  1. Squid cut in rings, Diced Cuttle fish
  2. Cherry tomoates, cut in half
  3. 1 Onion sliced in rings
  4. 100 g N’Duja sausage ( Do not over do it or you might regret it...
  5. Garlic cloves,
  6. Bunch of fresh Basil
  7. Seasoning.


  1. 1 In a frying pan. poor a generous slug of Olive oil, brown the onions, add the N'duja and Cherry Tomatoes. Coopk until they soften. Remove and reserve.
  2. 2 Fry the squid strips on their own for a couple minutes. mix together, Squeeze 1/2 lemon over it
  3. 3 Serve hot, with crispy sourdough bread as a starter or on top of a bowl of pasta as a main course.

We are Fishmongers. 100 % of our Wild fish is sourced straight off the boats. When fish lands, all hands on deck join in to sort, fillet, and pack all orders on time for our courier to pick up.
