Warty clams or Praire, are one of the most thought after clams species in France where they are traditionally consumed raw on seafood platters or grilled with Garlic butter.  No shortage of this clams species in Connemara and Ireland sandy coves, but regulation and regulators are preventing its harvesting…  One to try and enjoy while you have a chance.
