The weekly availability of fresh Crab is subject to fishing conditions.  We may have to substitute this Fresh Product, with Premium frozen when fresh become unavailable. Please note that frozen crab will always defrost during transit, and will not be suitable for home freezing. Please mention “FRESH CRAB ONLY in the note at checkout, if you would prefer receive a refund rather than  frozen crab.
