Tuna Spread a l’Escabeche (Emiettes)

Ingredients: 36.3% tuna, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, salt), water, 10.3% shallots, sunflower oil, red peppers, olive oil, alcohol vinegar, tomatoes dried, lemon juice 1.4%, wheat fiber (gluten-free), orange zest, dehydrated fried onions 1.2%, salt, lemon zest 0.8%, pepper, rosemary.

Made in a workshop that uses milk, gluten, crustaceans, egg, soy, celery and molluscs.
