Golden Redfish, also known as Sebaste or Norway Haddock, is a cold-water North Atlantic species. Irish landings are unusual, but we get them occasionally from the Greencastle trawlers in Co. Donegal. Sweet, delicate flesh with a slightly flaky texture and plenty of character. Perfect for: Pan frying • Baking • Roasting • Fish stew
