MUSSELS IN GARLIC SAUCE Agromar’s mussels in garlic sauce have become a different and very successful recipe. We can the fresh seasonal mussels in olive oil with garlic and a chilli pepper to add a spicy touch.
The pickled mussels are a classic representant of Spanish traditional canned seafood. In Agromar, we elaborate them just with natural ingredients. We obtain fresh and big mussels from the Galician estuaries and we marinade them with Asturian cider vinegar, species and paprika to achieve a renewed result with a local style.
