Line caught Silver Hake in Salsa verde ( Green parsley ) Based in Santander, Alalunga is run by two brothers, Alvaro and Pablo who founded the cannery in 2017. They  craft every tin by hand in their small artisanal cannery ( Kitchen). Production is intentionally limited to protect quality, with each fish prepared individually according to its seasonality and character. Using premium ingredients and low-temperature cooking, they preserve the pure flavour, texture, and essence of the sea in every can.
