The Bugatti of the Sea... Cray fish are an expensive treat but so worth it... They are full of the sweetest meat from tip to tail. Very similar in flavor to king Crab and at a fraction of the price. Summer is the best time of the year to enjoy those, while their price remain approachable. We select female for their delicious roe content.  Stock of Irish Cray fish have made a healthy recovery after years of stock protection measure. Most of the Irish Catch is exported to Spain, while they are not always available in stock on eatmorefish.ie , you can contact us by email and let us know you are looking for one, and we will go fishing.
