Followers of the Deadliest Catch TV series, you will have seen the lads pulling out pots of Opi's for Opillio Crab or Snow crab.  They are a species of Spider crab with a soft and thin shell, easily snapped by hand.  Nothing like there Irish relative. Snow crab is very popular in Asia as a cheaper alternative to King Crab.
