Albacore Tuna / Bonito del Norte in tomato sauce- Alalunga
Chunky pieces of fresh line caught Bonito del Norte ( Albacore Tuna) preserved in a homemade Tomato sauce with premium Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive oil.
Based in Santander, Alalunga is run by two brothers, Alvaro and Pablo who founded the cannery in 2017. They craft every tin by hand in their small artisanal cannery ( Kitchen). Production is intentionally limited to protect quality, with each fish prepared individually according to its seasonality and character. Using premium ingredients and low-temperature cooking, they preserve the pure flavour, texture, and essence of the sea in every can.

Ingredients: Albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga) (fish) (65%), tomato (16%), onion, green pepper, Arbequina extra virgin olive oil (6%), Spring salt, garlic, sugar, (0,5%) and red pepper flesh.
