2 KG Gurnard (Headless)
Triglidae
Red, Grey, Tub, Robin.... Many varieties of Gurnards are caught as by-catch, and were for long time an unwanted specie. The days for this tasty and inexpensive fish being fed back to the Seagulls are over. NOTE: as a number of inshore caught fish, Gurnard is a fish with a stronger incidence of Nematods parasites... We screen for those as well as we can... IT IS LIKELY that some may remain. Gurnard is delicious but not for every table.
