Wild caught Black Tiger Prawns do not get bigger than those counting 2-4 pieces per kg  - Trawl-caught in the Gulf of Guinea in the tropical Atlantic, they are frozen at sea directly after capture to preserve their firm texture, juicy bite and naturally sweet flavour. Big, meaty prawns with plenty of substance — ideal for the barbecue or serving whole. Allergen note: Contains metabisulphites, commonly used in tropical prawns to help preserve quality and reduce blackening after defrosting.
