Probably the easiest and most fun dinner you make all week.

Get all your usual taco accompaniments together
(soft or crunchy tortillas, salsas, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, sliced radish, spring onions, etc.)

Give your wolf fish a dusting of cajun seasoning or paprika.
(try not to use one that is too spicy for the young ones)

Drizzle the smallest amount of oil on the fish and cook on an oiled grill pan or cast iron skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Move your wolf fish fillets to a cutting board and cut away the central bone line (you will be able to feel this with your fingers).

Break your fish into bite size chunks and serve in the tacos.

Will also work great with any fish including salmon, flakey cod, haddock or whiting… or even some grilled prawns.
