Oven-Roasted Flat Fish

Simply choose any flat fish of your choice and have a delicious dinner ready in record time!

I used a Brill and Plaice, roughly the same size.

Ingredients

  1. 1 Flat fish per person, roughly the same weight
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Lemon
  4. Salt & Pepper, Herbs of choice
  5. Side: Rice
  6. Side: Roasted Veg (Broccoli, Mushrooms)

Method

  1. 1 Rinse Flat fish and pat dry. Put on a baking sheet and sprinkle with olive oil. season with salt and herbs of choice. Rub salt and spices in. Slice up a lemon and place on top of fish. Put in a hot oven (200 C) for 20-30 minutes
  2. 2 Boil Rice & Roast Veg
