Irish Velvet Crabs are mostly exported to Spain (alive) or China (Cooked). A real pity since they a lot smaller than regular Brown crab they may look tricky to eat, but they are in fact a lot easier and faster than big ones. Velvet crab are also great to make soup and bisque, making 2 dinners out of 1.
