The vision, dream and dedication of a man: Garry Harty and his obsession to grow the perfect Oyster.  Garry’s Mweellon bay Special oysters are nothing short of outstanding. We have eaten more than our fair share of oysters over the years,  but nothing ever came close to this standard:  Small, and cupped shaped with a heavy thick shell,  full of super delicious sweet and meaty oyster, melt in the mouth, but neither fat or milky.
