Smoked Coley is a cheaper and very popular alternative to Smoked Haddock. Coley is also known as Coalfish and Black Pollock.

COOKING QUALITY: Thick, strong flavour concealed by Smoked flavours and a higher salt content.

COOK IT: Warm in the oven, Grill, Pan fry.

STORAGE: In your fridge 4-5 days. Not suitable for home freezing.
