Irish Blue fin Tuna is a very seasonal fishery on the West Coast of Ireland. Which we now can stretch, over the remaining of the year, by using a unique Japanese technology of “Ultra Low temperature” Freezing ( @ -65 degrees). Not fresh, but 99% as good as.
