Do not judge an oyster by its shell… You are looking at the Rolls Royce of Irish oyster… With 40% meat content within, they are the sweetest, juiciest oysters you’ll ever try. They are not milky, just full and well… special.
Garry usually flies these beauties to Hong Kong where they fetch the highest price. But we are happy to say that he proudly supply us with some of his oysters for the Oysters Festival and Christmas.
