Bottarga di Tonno is an extraordinary delicacy much appreciated in the countries of the Mediterranean Sea. It is tasted as an appetizer and in aperitifs in thin slices, sometimes seasoned with a few drops of EVO oil. Bottarga di tuna is produced in different formats according to customer needs and different distribution channels.
Catch area / Method of capture:
Use grated Bottarga on Pasta Aglio et Olio (or any pasta dish you like), on eggs (boiled or scrambled), on rice, or simply on bread or canapes. Gently heating it is ok but avoid cooking with it.
