Bullet Tuna or  Melva is a small relative from the Tuna family. They are popular in the South of Spain and other area of the Mediteranean. Similar in size to Skipjack (Stripped Bonito), the Melva is characterized by a darker colored flesh, and stronger flavour great for traditional spicy fish stew.
